The Section A Front Entrance opens directly into the front sales office area. This includes an executive office, and what can be used for a show room, meeting room, computer room, graphics and design areas.
The Section B entrance fronts the parking lot. The front entrance is one of five total entrance/exits to the building. This particular entrance can provide convenient access to employees.
For many years the building was used for making Flags and Banners. This included designing, manufacturing and sales.
Considering that the building has several offices of different sizes, production areas, internet, computer and design sections, storage areas, a lounge area, multiple rest rooms, shipping area and loading dock, it can be easily adapted.
